Century View provides a richly varied ecosystem, bordering a retention pond that is a haven for numerous bird species. There is a rustic viewing deck overlooking the water, providing a peaceful retreat that is perfect for enjoying sunsets and observing birdlife with Table Mountain as the iconic backdrop. So as to conserve our precious water resource, our gardens are irrigated with filtered non-potable water.

Century View is conveniently close to the largest shopping centre in Cape Town, Canal Walk, hosting over 400 stores. This facilitates very easy access to superb shopping, dining, and entertainment. We are also close neighbours of Intaka Island, an award-winning 16-hectare wetlands and bird sanctuary. The greater Century City offers residents access to a wide range of other facilities, such as schools, churches, parks and restaurants.

Century View is ideally located for quick and easy access to the N1 and N7 freeways, as well as the R27 West Coast Road. Both the Cape Town CBD and Cape Town Internation Airport are also just 15 minutes away.

The Century City precinct is a dynamic environment with frequent family-friendly events and facilities. To support a wholesome lifestyle, there is a Natural Goods Market from time to time, and a weekly Park Run. The precinct is well supplied with superfast fibre, allowing you to watch uninterrupted streaming TV, or run a home office with global reach.
