Your peace of mind is our priority. Century View provides comprehensive 24/7 security through advanced access control systems, combining both in-house and external monitoring to create a secure living environment for all residents.
Resident Access Systems
Vehicle Registration & Access All member resident vehicles are registered in our system and receive a windscreen access tag for seamless entry. Each driver undergoes biometric registration, ensuring only authorised individuals can access the estate.
Tenant Authorisation Tenants are registered exclusively through biometric systems, creating a foolproof identification method that enables automated, controlled entry for all authorised residents.
Service Personnel Access Housekeepers and gardeners are also registered in our biometric system, allowing them secure, trackable access while maintaining the highest security standards for routine maintenance and cleaning services.
Visitor Management
Authorised Guest Entry Every visitor requires prior authorisation from the member resident or tenant before gaining access. This ensures complete control over who enters the estate and when.
Commercial Deliveries All delivery personnel and service providers must receive explicit resident authorisation before entry, maintaining security standards while accommodating necessary services.
Enhanced Convenience Features
At The Gate Mobile App Residents can streamline the visitor experience using our dedicated mobile application, which allows them to generate secure QR codes for approved guests. This technology facilitates smooth, contactless entry while maintaining our strict security protocols.

There are two play areas: A kiddies play park for toddlers as well as a multi-use sports court for basketball and soccer (and whatever game that teenagers invent). They are both fenced-in, safe, and offer an enjoyable space to cater to the energy of youth (or the youthful spirit within us all).
There are also a number of tranquil spaces with benches for contemplation or conversation.
Our communal spaces are kept in pristine condition by a dedicated team of landscaping staff. We also have allocated guest parking bays for visitors.
